Hello, I am Cécile Meyer, a sophrologist and family coach. I welcome everyone, adults and children aged 6 and above. I specialise in perinatal care and neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD, ASD, dys disorders, etc.).

In order to facilitate the acquisition of muscle relaxation, breathing and positive visualisation techniques, I work with younger children in a playful way. The aim, for young and old alike, is to gain autonomy in understanding and regulating emotions. I provide you with personalised information and tools to help you become more aware of your feelings, sensations, needs and abilities. My approach aims to:
improve daily life in cases of stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, impulsivity, concentration difficulties, lack of self-confidence, pain management, etc.
prepare mentally for a professional or personal event,
such as childbirth, a sports competition or public speaking.

I also take a preventive and supportive approach to certain family difficulties, particularly during the postpartum period, burnout, or when neuroatypicality is a source of suffering. This involves discussion groups, workshops and/or parental support, including PEHP, known as the Barkley Method, recommended by the Haute Autorité de Santé (French National Authority for Health) in the context of ADHD/OPD.
